Urban 501 Wedding | Hannah and Steven

Urban 501 is one of Ohio’s newer wedding venues in Marion, Ohio and the vibes are nothing less than immaculate. It’s a sister venue to The Brickyard, also in Marion, and it gives chic, modern, and classy all around. It’s a little smaller of a venue with a max capacity of 135, but it’s perfect for a more intimate setting.

What an Urban 501 Wedding Day is Like

There are two suites for both partners and their parties conveniently nestled in the reception space. This not only gives getting ready space, but also a private area close by to rest in before the reception.

The outdoor courtyard is where ceremonies are held and is also where Hannah and Steven had their first look! They chose to do their vows privately during this time as well. After the ceremony setup is cleared, make sure to come back and get some photos with the “long live the love” sign that hangs overhead. The downstairs area has a railroad inspired bar for cocktail hour and also makes for some stunning flash photos.

In addition to the locations around the venue, there are great photo spots just a short walk down the street into downtown Marion. During cocktail hour, we took a walk that way for some bride and groom portraits.

Hannah and Steven’s Story

After Hannah swore she would never get on dating apps, her friends convinced her to try Hinge. She met Steven her first day on the app! Their first date lasted a whopping SIX hours– they went mini golfing, had some pizza, and then got some rooftop drinks. Steven proposed on the beach in Mexico and the rest is history! They love spending time together with their pup Bruno or going to dinner and a movie.
